SUMMARY
Users added a Window Buttons applet at the rightest part of a plasma panel. As it appears there is a 2px. gap as demonstrated at: https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/2216474/110924849-30c54880-832b-11eb-93d1-9dae8249e149.png

and mouse events are not forwarded correctly inside the applet as panelview should do already.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add an application launcher at the end-rightest part of horizontal panel 
2. try to trigger [1] applet by using mouse at the rightest part of the screen

OBSERVED RESULT
applet is not triggered

EXPECTED RESULT
applet should be triggered
