SUMMARY
When the printer PDF option "Force rasterization" is enabled, the setting doesn't remain enabled over Okular sessions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a PDF file.
2. Enable the printer PDF option "Force rasterization"
3. Print the document.
4. Close Okular.
5. Open Okular.
6. Open a PDF file.
7. The printer PDF option "Force rasterization" has to be enabled again.

OBSERVED RESULT
The PDF option "Force rasterization" doesn't remain enabled.

EXPECTED RESULT
The PDF option "Force rasterization" should remain enabled.

Yes, correct -- the Duplex and Colour settings seem to be coming from the printer settings -- as far as I can see, "Print annotations" and "Force rasterization" are however default settings within Okular.

Okular Version 23.08.5 -
The Help for the "Force rasterization" option points out that, enabling the option usually gives somewhat worse results and, that it's only useful for the case of documents which appear to print incorrectly.
