Bug 434274

SUMMARY
Whenever I use my wacom ink stylus on the canvas part of my touch screen to draw, the image will either rotate or zoom.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use program for short time
2. Attempt to draw on canvas using wacom ink stylus and a touchscreen laptop
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The canvas will either tilt or rotate

EXPECTED RESULT
This should not happen
