This is probably not a bug in krita and you do need to provide lots more information.

Please go to https://krita-artists.org/ and sign up, log in, then create a new topic describing the problem.
That forum is a suitable place for help and advice and discussions.

I'll set this to Resolved - Not a Bug but that can be changed later if needed.
