First thank you for this nice software and in particular the annotations which are very useful when working on PDF.

My customized annotations do appear in the "Quick Annotations" menu, but not in the annotation toolbar (opened with F6). The annotation toolbar is very generic. (See screenshot.)

However, I used to have my custom annotations in the toolbar (I can't say for which version of okular, sorry) and it was very useful to access them quickly. It looked like the first screenshot of the documentation : https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kdegraphics/okular/annotations.html#annotations-add .

Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

Many thanks!

This is something Simone is working on.

Simone do you remember if we have something to mark this as duplicate to?

We are working on a quick annotation mini-toolbar action that will allow to quickly access the quick annotations as it was possible in the previous version of okular.

Great, thank you!
In the meanwhile, you may want to fix the documentation.
