What actually happens is that the effect get applied but the monitor doesn [can't figure out how to edit previous comment] What actually happens is that the effect get applied but the monitor doesnt refresh. If you move the cursor in the timeline it gets updated. > If you move the cursor in the timeline it gets updated.
Unfortunately, moving the cursor on the timeline does *not* update my project monitor with the effect. Scrubbing the cursor shows the proxy clip without effects.

Effects don't get updated upon resolution change, be it proxy or project resolution switching.
