Hi, I really enjoy using three finger drag gestures when using macOS, and I really miss them when using Linux with KDE. They are also great for accessibility, Someone I know has recently injured their hand, and being able to use a modern trackpad without having to actually press on the trackpad to drag elements around was a big deal to them. For anyone willing to take a shot implementing this functionality, I'm willing to pay a significant bounty to anyone who can get this implemented, and merged into KDE. If anyone thinks they can do it, please get in touch. Looks like support for 3 finger drag gestures was just merged into libinput. https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/-/merge_requests/1042 |
