Scroll bar in firefox browser goes below panel for some reddit threads.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open firefox browser
2. open this URL https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/top/?t=all 
3. open a thread with more comments
3. scroll down and select view entire discussion then scroll to the end.

OBSERVED RESULT
The vertical scroll bar goes below the panel.

EXPECTED RESULT
The vertical scroll bar stops near the panel.
