SUMMARY
On Windows, files with non-latin characters are not added to the music collection. I've tried it on Windows, but I guess that it also happens on Linux (although I wasn't able to try)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a folder with an album/folder or tracks/files containing non-latin characters to the music folder
2. Refresh the album list

OBSERVED RESULT
The music never shows up in the album list
