SUMMARY
By following plasma panels user interaction paradigm the user could right click a dock/panel and be provided with the following:

- Add Widgets...
- New >
- Duplicate Dock/Panel
- Export as Dock/Panel Template... [only in edit mode like applets behavior]
- Move to Layout >
- Edit Dock/Panel...
- Remove Dock/Panel [only in edit mode like applets behavior]
