Without much more information, no, we cannot fix this for you. Please see https://docs.krita.org/en/untranslatable_pages/reporting_bugs.html on how to produce a bug report that contains enough information so we can either tell you how to fix your system, or figure out whether the issues you are experiencing really are bugs in Krita.
