SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to system prams (параметры системы на русском)
2. go to any field with hotkey combination input 
3. make new hotkey
4. try do something(confirm, go to other tabs, etc.)

OBSERVED RESULT
it doesn't process clicks at all(to fix press alt+tab 2 times)

EXPECTED RESULT
to process clics
