H-m-m... Are you sure that Kali Linux shares something more than just links on its tutorial pages for these manuals?

Example for "Vulnerability Analysis" (other options are in the "Kali Linux" menu):

Yea, thanks!
I'm not sure, but it is really strange, that all the application manual
(part of the general manual that is fully filled up ) is missing, even if
there are all the  and sections. To understand what I'm saying, I will
attach another screenshot

Kali Linux is not appropriate for general use, and you will find a million and a half other little weirdnesses like this, because running everything as root is explicitly unsupported and never recommended. I would encourage you to re-install your system with a more appropriate general purpose Linux distro, such as one of the ones you can se at https://kde.org/distributions.
