The pause icon es displayed even in a paused transaction.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a copy
2. Pause the copy
3. Continue the copy

OBSERVED RESULT
The pause icon remain visible

EXPECTED RESULT
A play icon or another is displayed, to suggest to continue the transaction

The paused state definitely doesn't update properly sometimes

Haven't seen this in years, nor are there any other bug reports about it. Assuming it's fixed in Plasma 6.1. If you do manage to encounter it again, feel free to re-open the bug report, though.
