SUMMARY

The border between the events and time zones is not movable


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. click on the clock
2. try to move the border between the two areas

OBSERVED RESULT

  You can not move the border

EXPECTED RESULT

  The border must be movable and the position must be remembered for the next click
