SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krita 
2. Select/Open any/new document
3. Use any part of the program 

OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse/Stylist will only grab/move 

EXPECTED RESULT
Using brushes as normal

This is highly unlikely to be a bug in 4.4.2 on Windows because nobody else has reported this since 4.4.2 was released.

Please go to krita-artists.org and sign up, log in, then create a new topic describing the problem and giving details of the krita version, operating system version, type of graphics tablet.
That is a suitable forum for help, advice and fault finding discussions.

I'll mark this as not a bug but it can be reopened in future if needed.
