I can't reproduce this with the 4.4.2 appimage on Debian 10. Do you get a crash if you use the 4.4.2 appimage? Does this still happen in Krita 5.0 beta? The problem is that I am seeing safe asserts in your log: 21 Feb 2021 10:57:22 +0530: SAFE ASSERT (krita): "skippedChar.isSpace() || !skippedChar.isPrint()" in file /root/parts/krita/src/libs/flake/text/KoSvgTextShape.cpp, line 386 So I'd like to know what the text was you pasted?
