It would be nice to have additional options for file manipulation in the context menu (right-click) of a file: create a new file, rename and delete.

For file renaming and deletion it would be contextual to the clicked file.

For file creation, it would be proposed on the contextual menu of the folders. For the creation of a file at the root we can imagine that the option would also appear when we right-click on a file in the desired folder and create the file in the same folder.

It would also be nice to have the same actions concerning folders: create a folder, rename and delete.

Other evolutions could be made later, such as entering a name like "a/b/c.md" which would create the corresponding folder architecture, but this is not the purpose of this request.
