That's not right.
It says baloorunner, which is not the same thing as baloo.
Can you include your ~/.config/baloofilerc

STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1.Open Krunner 2.Start typing something OBSERVED RESULT A spinning circle appears in the right corner, journalctl shows krunner trying to launch baloo. EXPECTED RESULT Krunner doesn't try to start baloo SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20210215 KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.79.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.10.16-1-default OS Type: 64-bit ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Disabling "Desktop Search" fixes it. Might be related to 394795
