Created attachment 135924 [details] Screen cast SUMMARY Dragging monitor in KCM Display Configuration now drags the whole System Settings window after upgrading to Plasma 5.21 STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open System Settings 2. Open Display Configuration 3. Try to arrange one of the monitors (make sure you have > 2 monitors). (screencast attached) OBSERVED RESULT The monitor is moved. EXPECTED RESULT The first drag: The monitor is not moved, the whole System Settings window is moved. From second drag, the monitor can be moved.
