SUMMARY
Both the "Applications" page and the "Applications" section on the "Overview" page have no entries. Other stats (history, processes, load) are displayed as expected


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch `plasma-systemmonitor`

OBSERVED RESULT
No application stats without explanation.

EXPECTED RESULT
Visible application stats or an error message explaining why no app stats could be gathered.

There is api, but we couldn't introduce the message because it was to late for the string freeze...
