Missing subpixel rendering in Windows10

I love using Okular, however, it is rather difficult to read the text with disabled subpixel rendering/cleartype on Windows 10. I am using the official version offered through the Microsoft Store. Could you please fix this?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Okular from MS Store
2. Open PDF
3. No cleartype/subpixel rendering

OBSERVED RESULT

Lacking subpixel rendering on the official app. As seen on the screenshot, the window elements render correctly, however, the PDF itself does not.

EXPECTED RESULT

Enabled Cleartype / subpixel rendering in order to enhance usability and readability of the PDF document.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10 Pro (10.0.18363)

I remember this issue in older versions. With the newest one however, this seems to be fixed: https://imgur.com/a/JNnCpvO
