SUMMARY
Panel stays hidden after setting the panel to autohide.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Fedora 34 KDE spin in a VM
2. Login with wayland or xorg
3. Select the panel to autohide

OBSERVED RESULT
The panel autohide's but stays hidden.

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel to unhide when mousing over.

Do you mean Plasma 5.21.0? You've selected 5.21.0 in the bug metadata. And we've not had Plasma 5.20 in Fedora 34.

It's a typo.  The version is 5.21.0

I can't seem to reproduce the bug...or at least not as easily.
Does this bug still occur in Plasma 5.25.2?
If it does, how do you reliably trigger it?
