SUMMARY

Application launcher does not auto-update to show newly installed software or saved KDE Menu Edit changes

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make changes to Applications with KDE Menu Edit, save

2. Or install new software with package manager

3.

OBSERVED RESULT

No changes to Applications. 

EXPECTED RESULT

All changes should be auto-updated, and new software should show up. 

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
 
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.79.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All changes will show up if I switch to an alternative launcher (Simple Menu or Application Menu) then back to Application Launcher.

The newly installed software will show up if I use the search box.
