Description Roxane 2021-02-16 18:01:19 UTC
SUMMARY
When the bottom clip is a mlt stabilized clip, and the top one has a transform effect, it behaves weirdly. It's scaled down. It does not happen with the same not-stab clip. Here's a video in case it's not clear : https://youtu.be/o1zK12kOh6Y

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Stabilize a clip through clip jobs
2. put it on track 1
3. add another clip on track 2
4. Add transform to that clip

OBSERVED RESULT
Transform without changed scales the clip down and moves it to the left, but the red rectangle is still big.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not chnage the clip at all

If you set the monitor resolution to 1:1 does it work as expected?

Just tried on Windows, and yes. Changing the monitor resolution to 1:1 does make the top clip appear as the right size.

Roxane, this is similar to: https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kdenlive/-/issues/649

Will close it here and we can track it at gitlab.

Thanks for reporting.
