Sorry, but my coffee isn't working this morning. Are you referring to the sidebar with the date navigator, to-do view, item viewer, and calendar manager? (For me it is on the left.) If so, if you use the Settings » Sidebar menu to uncheck those four items, the sidebar will disappear. Also, for me the main toolbar (Settings » Toolbars Shown » Main) contains Back and Forward buttons. If yours doesn't, check Settings » Configure Toolbars... . No problem, I quit coffee. I recommend a nice black tea as an alternative :) See the attached screenshot. The right navigation bar can't be hidden, as far as I can see. Created attachment 135729 [details]

Ah, yes, thanks. Perhaps the buttons should go into the header next to the month name, like their equivalents in the date navigator. I like that option best, though it sounds hardest to implement. I just noticed that if you click the "Display calendar in a full window" in the navigation bar, it puts month/year navigation buttons/arrows at the top of the calendar, along with clickable month/year names for quick navigation. Why not have that always shown and remove the navigation bar? |
