SUMMARY
After I used the lasso tool, I don't know why but I couldn't use any brush on the file where I used it, but I still can on the others

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use lasso
2. try to use brush
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
No one brush still functions

EXPECTED RESULT
Make a line or something with it

Go to Select -> Select All, and then Select -> Deselect, does it fix your issue?
