Description William Oprandi 2021-02-14 10:36:38 UTC
I use KDE with 2 identicals externals monitors, the "secondary" monitor (right) often not start with the good configuration (configured panel + wallpaper). It starts without any panel and another wallpaper.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. 2 monitors (mine are identicals with a thinkpad ultra dock)
2. add a panel in the secondary and change the wallpaper for example.

OBSERVED RESULT

~50% of times, after plasma starts, the secondary monitor doesn't contains the panel and the wallpaper is wrong. I guest the restored setup is an old.

EXPECTED RESULT
