SUMMARY

User manual (section 7) does not mention that to delete a category it must not be the default category for new transactions with any payee 

Suggested rewording:
If the category has no transactions, schedules, or budgets associated with it and is not the default for new transactions with any payee it will be deleted.

Add missing condition for deleting a category

Update to doc/details-categories.docbook to add an additional condition
that has to be met before a category can be deleted.
