I've been having issues reproducing this. It seems like the transform mask will translate to the "origin" transform that was applied before keyframes were added. There have been cases where artifacts occur during channel reset however, so there might be an error somewhere in the visibility estimation. I'm going to mark this as works for me though, as reproducing the bug where transformed content becomes invisible doesn't seem possible.
