SUMMARY
Whenever I log out of Plasma, then I'm not able to log back in normally unless rebooting.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log out
2. Log in
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
If I try to log in without rebooting, Plasma splash screen hangs for half a minute then I'm presented with a black screen together with a series of dialogues denoting malfunctions (for example, repeated kwallet access requests from akonadi)

EXPECTED RESULT
It should login just as normally as after a reboot or fresh start

This is fixed in Plasma 5.21!
