SUMMARY
Well, when I power on the computer, the app not sync between PC and phone, only sync when the screen of phone is on.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Power on PC and KDE Connect starts on system tray icon
2. Not find phone unless the phone have screen awake
3. After some minutes and phone is screen off, KDE Connect stops sync

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT

Keep KDE Connect and phone sync even screen off

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I have battery optimization off for KDE Connect and even with this, doesn't work  normal.

My phone is One Plus 6T

I can confirm this behavior with Plasma 5.21.
