SUMMARY
Minimized windows under wayland are not tracked at all when the user has chosen "Always" - "Keep Windows Thumbnails". It has been advertised in the past that wayland would solve that limitation of X11.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plasma System Settings -> Screens -> Compositor
2. Keep Window Thumbnails: "Always"
3. minimized windows are no more identified as minimized but as shown.

OBSERVED RESULT
minimized windows are not identified as minimized from taskmanagers etc.

EXPECTED RESULT
minimized windows should be identified as minimized from taskmanagers etc.

This bug was reported against an outdated version of KWin. We have made many changes since the. 
If the issue persists in newer versions can you reopen the bug report updating the version number.
