Hm... Is this still happening in the 5.0beta ? Because I cannot reproduce it, but we also really changed that code a lot... Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least 15 days. Please provide the requested information as soon as possible and set the bug status as REPORTED. Due to regular bug tracker maintenance, if the bug is still in NEEDSINFO status with no change in 30 days the bug will be closed as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME due to lack of needed information. For more information about our bug triaging procedures please read the wiki located here: https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Bug_triaging If you have already provided the requested information, please mark the bug as REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to be confirmed. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! Are there instructions on how to get the Krita 5.0 beta running? I am running the app image, but get the error ./krita-5.0.0-beta1-0986afa-x86_64.appimage: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.26' not found (required by /tmp/.mount_krita-A3qNqS/usr/bin/../lib/libexiv2.so.27) From searching I get mixed answers on how to proceed. My libstdc++6 (which I think might include glibcxx) is already the latest version. Thanks for your comment! Automatically switching the status of this bug to REPORTED so that the KDE team knows that the bug is ready to get confirmed. In the future you may also do this yourself when providing needed information. I'm afraid that means that the version of Linux you're using is too old :( I guess I should close it now, and if you come across this bug again when updating your distro, you can reopen it? (Or re-report it...) I guess close it if it seems like it's fixed in the latest version. |
