SUMMARY
if i try to render the same video again and the renderfile exists already kdenlive crashes and cant write over the existing videofile. Same with archiving projects!! I have to delete the previous files first by hand...

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. render over existing renderfile (video)
2. archiving over existing archiving file
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
i have to manualy delete the previous files first

EXPECTED RESULT
kdenlive has to ask wether to overwrite or use another name...

I cannot reproduce the rendering issue. 
Archiving with 20.12.1 and master -> I get a freeze.

Archiving with master 26-Apr-21 -> no freeze anymore.
