STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open SDDM KCM
2. click on "Change background" button of current SDDM theme
3. click on "Clear image" button

OBSERVED RESULT
"Change background" popup shrinks vertically and is no longer vertically centered
inside the GridView. If you close and reopen "Change background" popup, it opens
verticaly centered inside the GridView as expected but its height is still wrong. Watch the attached screen recording please.

EXPECTED RESULT
size and position of "Change background" popup should not change after click on "Clear image" button

I'm unable to reproduce on Plasma 5.23 beta because now "Change background" popup closes after click on "Clear image" button.
