SUMMARY
I own a server whose mysql database is dumped daily and once encrypted with my public gpg key is sent to my mail; the mail itself _is not signed_. When in kmail I click on that mail in the messages list, so not trying to open any attachment, it asks for gpg passphrase. Very annoying...

This happens the first time I open kmail after a reboot and periodically (I presume gpg-agent is responsibly for this).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send a plain text email with a .asc file attached (encrypted with my own public key)
2. Click on the mail in messages list

OBSERVED RESULT
A popup opens asking to decrypt the mail with gpg passphrase

EXPECTED RESULT
Just show the mail content
