SUMMARY
IntelliJ-based IDEs windows are not restored on reboot, when 'Restore previous session' is enabled in system settings

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable in settings: 'Startup and shutdown' -> 'Desktop session' -> 'Restore previous session' 
2. Open any IntelliJ-based IDE - for example IntelliJ IDEA, Android Studio, Webstorm, etc.
3. Reboot the computer (or re-login)

OBSERVED RESULT
IDE windows are restored along with the others, like it happens with VS Code

EXPECTED RESULT
System doesn't seem to try restoring IDE windows

That would mean that these apps don't support the X Session Management Protocol. LibreOffice is the same way. Here's a bug I filed about it for the LibreOffice devs: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=129370

You'll have to do the same thing for the developer of these apps.
