SUMMARY
On Wayland, app menus invoked from the button in window decorations open as separate windows with titlebars and are unusable.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in to `Plasma ([Full] Wayland)`
2. In System Settings, configure window decorations to contain an app menu button
3. Launch e.g. Kate/Konsole
4. Click the app menu button

OBSERVED RESULT
Root menu opens as a window with a titlebar, centered on top of the parent window.

EXPECTED RESULT
The menu acts like a menu would :D
