A setting in the menu or in the setup does not make sense. You can set each map individually in digiKam, i.e. left or right sidebar, in the map view or in the geolocation editor. Maik What about the right click menu in the map? - another place where I looked for it. The Marble map already has a right mouse button context menu that we cannot mix. I'll see if I can improve the tool button so that it's easier to see that a menu is available. I don't remember this being reported as a problem so far. Maik Which digiKam version is the screenshot from? After the wrong icons and the coloring, I also suspect Ubuntu. Which style is set in digiKam setup, because your button lacks the arrow that shows that a menu is available. Maik Digikam 7.1.0 on Arch Linux. KDE Application Style: Fusion with custom color scheme. Icon set: Oxygen. Theme in Digikam is default. I only have Windows here at the moment, but Fusion shows an arrow on the tool button here. I'm testing it on Linux tonight. The button below the map seems to be only way to do it currently. It took me ages to spot it.
