SUMMARY
The Scale Selection seems to be the only way to scale with actual pixel values (The transform tool only shows percent %), but it doesn't work correctly. It adds +1 to width and height.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select some area
2. Top Bar > Select > Scale..
3. Enter some values (For example 500 and 400)
4. OK

OBSERVED RESULT
The selection is one bigger than entered (For example 501 and 401).
That's especially bad because the proportions are not correct now anymore.

EXPECTED RESULT
The selections ends up in the size entered (For example 500 and 400)

I can confirm this. It's not always both width and height.

I can't reproduce this, does it still happen? If so, can you prepare a file that has this problem (selections are saved into the kra file).
