SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set screen Lock for 5 min(any duration)
2. screen turns off or screen locks after 5 min of inactivity
3. no response while clicking or entering

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen doesnt turns on once its turned off after inactivity

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen should turn on after clicking/entering

Its still continuing in KDE 5.21 with KDE Frameworks 5.81.0 in Wayland
