SUMMARY

Zoom issue 
i can zoom out with Ctrl - but I can't zoom in with Ctrl +
Ctrl 0: 100% zoom but no Zoom fit to Window
I try Ctrl + and Ctrl - in Adobe Photoshop and it works fine.

To zoom in you probably need to press ctrl+shift+= (note that to get +, you need to press shift+= after all). You can change it in Keyboard Shortcuts. There are also shortcuts = and - (zoom in and zoom out) that don't need you to think whether you need to press shift or not.

I'm not exactly sure why it happens. What keyboard layout do you have?

For the "fit to window", you can press "2" or "3" to get different "Fit to..." options.

Thank you for resolving my issue, I didn't find anything that helps in the User Manual, I'm using my laptop's keyboard so I don't really know how to describe its layout for you, once again, thank you a lots
