SUMMARY
The extract audio option does not work. Once "extract audio" is highlighted in the menu, the sub menu doesnt pop out to allow me to select the wav file. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on video clip
2. drill down on "extract audio"
3. Also the transcode option seems to be a dead end.

Tested with 20.12.1 and it works. It creates a wav file in the project bin. 
Please test with version 20.12.1.

Yep, updating to 20.12.1 took care of it. Thanks for the response.
