SUMMARY
I'm not sure if solid is the correct product for this bug report. If not, please re-assign it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. insert a blank optical disc (I used BD-R and CD-RW in my tests) and wait your system to recognize it
3. eject the blank optical disc
4. insert an optical disc containing data (I used BD-R and DVD-R in my tests) and wait your system to recognize it

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, there are two entries under "Removable devices" section of Places panel of Dolphin representing the optical disc inserted in the last step. One of them disappears when I simply restart Dolphin.

EXPECTED RESULT
Just one entry under "Removable devices" should represent an inserted optical disc.

Reproduced again with a blank cd-rw and a dvd-r with data burnt on it.
