SUMMARY
Watch the attached screen recording please.
After the first Plasma addon to be uninstalled, its "Uninstall" button changes
to "Install again" as expected. But after I uninstall "Weather Widget" addon,
I get a greyed out button labeled "Installing".

EXPECTED RESULT
"Uninstall" button should always change to "Install again" after we uninstall
a Plasma addon.

Currently Plasma addons are installed via a new GHNS window not affected by this issue.
