Created attachment 134811 [details] Tearoff menu appearing near the top-left of the screen. SUMMARY Right-clicking on the main panel and selecting the "Add Panel" option displays a tearoff menu very far away from the "add panel" label. This menu disappears when I attempt to move my mouse towards it. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Right-click on the main panel. 2. Hover over "Add Panel" 3. Attempt to use the dialog that appears OBSERVED RESULT * The menu appears at the top left corner of the screen. * The menu disappears before I can use it. EXPECTED RESULT The menu should appear near the "Add Panel" label.
