SUMMARY
In KOrganizer, if we not accept some event in Google Calendar, it not shows in the application. Sometime we receive some invite that we didn't see, so we don't accept (but we not reject). If the KOrganizer don't shows these events, if we don't open Google Calendar to see our events, we don't even know that we'd been inveted to it. So, the solution it'll be to display the unconfirmed events (or a option to display that) to we see the events that we confirmed and the events that we'd been invited. There are a lot of reason to we don't accept an event in some moment, but just because we don't accept when we receive, this don't mean that we will not accept in the future or we are rejecting, so I think that we should see the unconfirmed (not rejected) events.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Sync a Google Calendar account with KOrganizer
2. See that the unconfirmed events don't appear

OBSERVED RESULT
The unconfirmed events don't appear

EXPECTED RESULT
The unconfirmed events appear

This should not work if you enable the "open invitation" collection in the left sidebar
