Bug 431461

Hi,

the norwegian form for refund of of withholding tax cannot be populated with okular. i have tested under windows, because there i have a more recent veresion than under linux. linux has most likely the same problems.

Some issues have been fixed with https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=418445 - however
not all. With Okular 1.11.1, KDF Frameworks 5.74.0, QT 5.15.1 and Poppler 0.89.0
from the windows store - the following problem still exists:

Problem 1: 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open pdf file
2. goto section 5
3. enter a valid year in "Year of dividend payment" - e.g. 2017
4. In the table footer there exists a label "SUM: " after which the entered year should show up: (see screenshot)

Problem 2: 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open pdf file
2. goto section 5
3. enter a valid year in "Year of dividend payment" - e.g. 2017
4. Populate the rest of the input fields with some values until the field "Gross amount in NOK" 
5. When the field "Gross amount in NOK" loses the focus - the year of the dividend payment is somehow reset (this should not happen -> does not happen in acrobat reader).

Problem 3: 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open pdf file
2. goto section 5
3. enter a valid year in "Year of dividend payment" - e.g. 2017
4. Populate the rest of the input fields - so everything is populated in the first line
5. not set the focus the second line - put the cursor in the VPS column -> in acrobat, the "Year of divident payment" is copied from the first to the second line,
  some for the ISIN prefix "NO" - however in okular this does not work. In okular you usually get the "undefined" value.
