SUMMARY
When I minimize the game osu! (https://osu.ppy.sh) running under wine, KWin on X11, whether the compositor is enabled or not, will show weird effects and not show any other application (nor the game again) when you alt+tab.

This used to happen before on stable when you did this with the compositor enabled. Now it happens even with the compositor disabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open osu!
2. Minimize osu!

OBSERVED RESULT
KWin won't show any windows and there will be a ghost game window on top of everything but the Alt+Tab dialog and KRunner.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window minimizes correctly.

I *thought* it might have been because I had keep thumbnails to always, but I set it to Never to test, and I can get the same result even like so.
